Below is a selection of my current projects:

ThisQR.com

I spotted a flaw with QR Codes (the popular 2D barcode): they point to a static URL. ThisQR allows users to generate short-links (much like bit.ly etc.) with an associated QR Code. They can then use an online interface to determine where the link points to. QR Codes can then be printed on permanent media e.g. mugs, t-shirts, glass etc. and updated as required. The system relies on MySQL, PHP and 302 redirects.

QRExplore.com

QR Explore is an online service for educational institutions to incorporate QR Codes into exhibits to allow users to interact with them in new ways.
It has also become the most popular bulk QR Code generator online!

TheWebScientist

TheWebScientist is an online magazine with a selected number of contributors, all of whom are PhD Web Science candidates. The website is primarily designed to be the public face of the new and developing field of Web Science.

TabsOnSabs

TabsOnSabs is a travel blog created for a customer allowing them to blog during their travels with location data, this is then used to create visualisations of travels and to geo-tag photographs.
